About this experience

Three elements make this circuit unique:
1 The use of a legendary vehicle that can evolve on all terrains, even the most uneven, which allows great audacity on the course. The car is fully discoverable and thus allows a visit hair in the wind
2 The landscapes are varied and the most beautiful spots are connected as much as possible by the use of small roads and paths in the middle of the vineyards.
3 Comments are distributed during downtime but also during taxiing. The guide is a professional graduate in tourism and strives to find unusual information. The speech is adapted to each audience according to the interests. Questions and participation are welcome. Culture, sharing and good humor are there.

Detailed itinerary

1

From this town, we cross the town after having visited the monastery located at a point overlooking the Aggly valley thanks to a relatively easy climb. All along the route, information relating to the city and the region is given ...

2

From this historically unmissable city, we discuss its very rich past and its unique heritage linked to the origins of human life in the region.

3

We cross this city without stopping, but we go to the feudal castle overlooking it. The final climb to the castle is on foot, access is relatively easy.
On the same town but very far away and taking a very small typical road, we go to meet the oldest juniper in the world (around 2000 years).

Stop 4

After Opoul, it is by a very small dirt road almost unknown to the public that we reach orchards in the town of Salses-le-château before reaching the fortress of Salses, a military jewel of the Spanish era. We make the tour by vehicle, then on foot we go up to the place where a castle was located before the fortress (easy access). There, the history of the place is given for a few minutes (we do not go into the fortress).
