Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1 Pass by

The highlight of this helicopter tour is the Matterhorn. It is the jewel in the Swiss Alps that one has to see!
Especially from the helicopter cockpit, this triangular mountain is unique to look at. The size of this rock that rises from the ground in such a beauty is unique. To see this in the air is even more beautiful, because you can see all corners of this historic mountain.

2

On the way in the helicopter over the alpine chain, one flies between mountain peaks and various glaciers are flown over. From the cockpit you can easily see the mountain huts that hikers need for overnight stays. This way you can also see the large Bluemlisalhuette at over 2'840 metres altitude.

3
Stop 3 Pass by

The largest glacier in the heart of Switzerland can be seen very well from a helicopter. During the sightseeing flight a part of the glacier is flown over and the different colours of the ice can be seen very well from a distance. The ice walls are spectacular to observe. But it is also impressive to see how this glacier has melted in the last year and has become smaller.

4

On the helicopter sightseeing flight to the Matterhorn, one can observe many lakes from above. One of the most spectacular lakes is the Oeschinensee. With its turquoise-blue colour, this attraction shines out over the mountains. It is a tourist magnet that one can simply gaze at from a helicopter.

5

Sion is the capital of the canton of Valais, which you fly over by helicopter on a sightseeing flight. It is impressive to see from the air how the houses in the valley were built on top of each other. The steep walls on the sides form a long valley where the Rhone river flows through.

6
Stop 6 Pass by

When flying over the first Alpine chain, you can fly past Lake Thun. The special glacier water colour is unique and you can only see this play of colours in the Bernese Oberland. In the background, the high mountains with white crests can be observed very well from the helicopter.

7

Apart from circling the Matterhorn on the helicopter flight, a part of the Breithor is flown over. The size of this mountain is impressive and from the cockpit one can easily see the eternal ice that lies next to the summit.
