At a short distance from Bern-Belp airport you can see the Swiss capital. From a distance you can see the Federal Parliament building and the church in the middle of the old town. A flight over this historic city is a must for everyone who loves Switzerland.
The highest mountain on the Jura mountain range can be seen from far away. Because on the summit of the Chasseral there is a high antenna, which is used for different purposes. From this point, one has a very good view over the Bernese Seeland.
The Jura highlands stretch from east to west and there is a lot of forest and green meadows on it. In the middle of the landscape there are many windmills, which provide electricity for the local population. A region which is not yet so overaut with many houses. So there are many farms. From the helicopter you can admire this area very well.
Lake Murten is the smallest of the three lakes (Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Biel). Adjacent to it in the north is the Vully hill where a lot of white wine is grown. The view from the helicopter is fantastic of these vineyards.
During a sightseeing flight in a helicopter you will fly over the city of Biel. Many watches are produced here and you can see the large factory halls very well from above. The adjacent Lake Biel is also unique with the Aare River flowing through the old town.
The city of Neuchâtel borders directly on Lake Neuchâtel and it can be seen spectacularly from above from the helicopter. The lake is very deep at this point and so its colour is dark blue.
In good weather you can see the semicircular "Creux Du Van" wall. This is a unique natural phenomenon that can be seen in the Jura region. From this point you can see the Bernese Alps and the whole Seeland with its three lakes.
