It is a 1-hour drive to Willow Beach Marina from the Las Vegas Strip. Launch times change throughout the year based on season. The operator will let you know 24-48 hours in advance what time to meet them at Willow Beach Marina.

• Local hotel pickups available at your hotel/casino for those wanting a shuttle service. There is a minimum number of at least 4 shuttle passengers to meet in order to pick up from your hotel or location in Las Vegas on your tour date. You will have a option to meet at the Hoover Dam Lodge in Boulder city Nv or at the Launch Location at Willow Beach in the event minimum numbers are not met. Please contact the local supplier prior to travel if you would like hotel shuttle service. Pickup usually commences between 5:30am and 7am.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
