Child Supervision: Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times during snow play.
Complimentary Admission: Available for children under 3 years old. Please note that our winter apparel sizes are suitable for children aged 3 years and above.
Glacier Luge: For children aged 7 to 10 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets and gloves are mandatory for children.

Please dress appropriately when entering Snow City. It is compulsory for all participants to wear long pants and covered shoes to protect themselves from the subzero temperatures. Snow City Singapore reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who do not follow the code.
Surcharges apply for the following items. All rental equipment are subject to size availability.
Gloves rental: S$2.70 for children, S$3.30 for adults.
Waterproof long pants rental: S$4.40 for children, S$5.45 for adults.
Socks rental: S$3.30 for children, S$3.85 for adults.
Taking photos is prohibited.
All visitors are to purchase their tickets online in Snow City’s or reseller platforms.
All visitors are to put on face masks at all times except during eating, drinking, or photo-taking.
All visitors are to check in and check out using SafeEntry when entering and leaving Snow City.
All visitors are required to go through temperature screening. Should their body temperature be above 37.5 degrees Celsius, Snow City has the right to refuse entry.
All visitors are to observe safe distancing markers and signages.
