Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Waiting times: The estimated time to go thru customs and collect your luggage normally takes between 45 and 90 minutes depending of the time of the day, so for European flights the driver will go inside the terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed and wait another 45 minutes. Flights from outside of Europe, the driver will go inside the terminal 55 minutes after the flight has landed and wait another 50 minutes. After the allocated waiting time the transfer will be reported as a no-show. If you require any extra waiting time you must to contact the supplier immediately at the emergency number +44 7733448902 and any extra charges must be paid directly to the driver

​c) If the end clients flight, boat or train is delayed by more than three hours from the estimated arrival time, or it is cancelled or diverted, leading to different arrival time, the end consumer must contact the service provider to confirm the new arrival time and availability of the service. In this case we reserve the right to apply an additional charges or no-show charge up to the full cost of the reservation.
