On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum
90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. After the allocated waiting time the transfer will be reported as No- Show.

We can Only accept changes or make amendments to your booking with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
FLIGHT DELAY / FLIGHT CANCELLED
If your flight is delayed up to 3 hours maximum, you don't need to do anything, our driver will be at the arrivals hall waiting your you, If the end clients flight, boat or train is delayed by more than three hours from the estimated arrival time, or it is cancelled or diverted, leading to an arrival time more than three hours after the originally estimated time, the end consumer must contact the service provider to confirm the new arrival time and availability of the service. In this case we reserve the right to apply an additional charges or no-show charge up to the full cost of the reservation.
