Luggage allowance:
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
WAITING TIME:
The driver will be waiting in the arrivals Hall holding a sign with the Customer name. On arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. After the allocated waiting time the transfer will be reported as a no-show.

We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by passengers being held by police, customs officials, immigration issues or lost/damaged luggage. If such delays are caused the driver shall depart at the specified time (Waiting time) and may leave any passenger behind. We shall NOT make any refund or compensation to any passenger/s with the above delay.

We Only accept changes or make amendments to your booking with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
TRAINS DELAY / TRAINS CANCELLED
If your flight is delayed up to 3 hours maximum, you don't need to do anything, our driver will be at the arrivals hall waiting your you, If the end clients flight, boat or train is delayed by more than three hours from the estimated arrival time, or it is cancelled or diverted, leading to an arrival time more than three hours after the originally estimated time, the end consumer must contact the service provider to confirm the new arrival time and availability of the service. In this case we reserve the right to apply an additional charges or no-show charge up to the full cost of the reservation.
