For departure transfers, you must wait in the hotel lobby where your driver will pick you up. If the driver is late by more than 20 minutes, you must call to the emergency number: +44 7733448902 or 07733448902. Failure to do so may result in the service being cancelled.
Driver will wait in each hotel maximum 15 minutes for the customers, after that time the service will be reported as a no show with no refund.
Any changes regarding your departure transfer must be informed with a minimum 24 hours notice.
