This is a very unique activity because all products are directly sourced from around a village in the Castilla La Mancha área of rural Spain.
Nothing you will drink or eat comes from city supermarkets, all from farm source.
I’m Paul your private chef who travelled, cooked & ate my way around Spain.
I design your menu with you ahead of time. Typical dishes could be 25 day old baby lamb or pig, bulls tail slowly cooked for 8 hours in wine n herbs from the land. Even River fish, or La Mancha egg plants, vegetables from my garden.
I cook to Michelin star standard but I will never want a Michelin star as I refuse to work in a restaurant.
Most star chefs on TV are rude and disrespectful to other chefs and kitchen staff (Mr Rhodes ).
I only cook for you in my private home by the 10th century castle. I’ll connect the dishes to the history of the African people who built the castle over 1000 years ago:

We meet outside Pastelería Nunos on street: Calle Navarez 63.
This is where we pick you up for the one hour ride in comfortable air con transport to the beautiful village.
