The full day trip starts in the morning, with pick up at your Munich, Berchtesgaden or Salzburg accommodation. Cool drinks and snacks will be waiting for you in a comfortable vehicle.
As soon as we have arrived at the beautiful Berchtesgaden, we will first enjoy a visit of the "World War II Memorial and Educational Center" for an audio guided tour through the exhibition. I'll also show you the ruins of Hitler's home - the so called "Berghof"
At lake Koenigssee we will also enjoy our lunch break with a Bavarian main course and a drink of your choice.
Well strengthened, we will make our way to the Salt Mine "Weißgoldmine" in Berchtesgaden, where you can take a boat ride on an underground lake and slide down into the depths. You will also learn more about the centuries-old mining procedures in the oldest active mine in Germany.

The Dokumentation Obersalzberg is a museum in the Obersalzberg resort near Berchtesgaden, providing information on the use of the mountainside retreat by Nazi leaders, especially Adolf Hitler who regularly spent time in this area beginning in 1928. The museum was opened in 1999, and by 2007 had been visited by more than one million people.
After our visit at the Dokumentationszentrum, we will do a short walk/hike of about 15-minutes per way to the ruins of Hitler's home - the so called "Berghof"
As soon as we have arrived at lake Koenigssee, you will explore the palace with your private guide. Following up we will have plenty of great photo opportunities, be it the lake itself, or the spectacular surrounding mountain area. When everyone will be ready, all participants will get a delicious Bavarian lunch.
We'll visit and enter the famous Salt Mines. Here you will have time to explore the Mine from the inside. Highlight, the slide or the journey on the Mirror Lake (Spiegelsee) melt with gripping information over the indispensible vital element of salt.
