About this experience

Located in the heart of the Chilean Southern Patagonia, 150 kms north of Puerto Natales and 300 kms south of El Calafate, Torres del Paine National Park has an area of 242,000 hectares, furrowed by 150 kms of gravel roads and hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails that allow us to access panoramic views of its innumerable natural attractions.

Detailed itinerary

It departs from the Argentine town of El Calafate starting at 6:20 am, from the hotel where the passenger is staying, as long as it is within a radius of 3 km from the center.

Around 10:30 am you will arrive at Frontera (Cerro Castillo); and once the customs procedures are completed, there will be a break in the Chilean town of Cerro Castillo; There they can exchange money, have a traditional breakfast, chat with locals, etc. At 11:30 am, our bus will return to the Park; arriving at the first attraction of our tour at 12:30 pm:

Laguna Amarga, where tickets will be purchased to enter the National Park. Then we continue the walk to make a stop at Lake Nordenskjold, to take pictures. From this point, our bus will take the Pudeto area, arriving at it at approximately 1:30 pm, where a trekking will be made to Salto Grande, then continuing to the Los Cuernos del Paine viewpoint.

This tour as a whole lasts approximately 1 hour and a half. On the way, the guide will decide which viewpoint the group will attend first (according to weather conditions). It is a walk of low difficulty. Once the trekking ends, we continue our journey to Hosteria Pehoe. Finally, we return to Laguna Amarga again at approximately 4:00 p.m. THE trip ends heading to Cerro Castillo where we arrive at approximately 6 pm to carry out the immigration procedures; returning to El Calafate between 22.00 / 22.30 approx.
