About this experience

Welcome to Switzerland and its magical landscapes. I will be your guide and captain and I will show you the best spots on the lake of Thun. We will cruise in deep blue water along the lake shores before we indulge in some local delicacies. For your information, this activity is does not require any particular level of fitness nor skills. For the most adventurous ones, a swim in the lake can always be arranged! Ship Ahoy!

TRIP DURATION
- We are punctual and start and finish at the agreed time.
- Please make sure to arrive 1 0 to 15 minutes before boarding time.

MEETING LOCATION
- Unless agreed differently, the meeting point is at the parking lot of Merligen harbour outside of the toilet facilities.
- Adress: Beir Säge, 3658 Merligen/Sigriswil (about 10 to 15m drive from Interlaken).
- 46°41'40.3"N 7°44'31.0"E - 46.694528, 7.741940 .
- Limited parking space available at the harbour.
- Additional free car park about 5min walk away (opposite the Beatus Wellness & Spa Hotel)
- Please be respectful of neighbours and limit your noise in the harbour.
- My boat is usually docked at the end of one of the 3 catwalks.
- It is the biggest motorboat in the marina and can be identified with a red/white Swiss flag at the back of the boat.

GETTING THERE
- By car, from Interlaken West it takes about 15 minutes drive.
- By bus, from Interlaken Ost/West, take bus 21 (direction Thun) and stop at Merligen, Beatus Wellness & Spa Hotel. Then walk back for 5 minutes direction Interlaken.
- By taxi, private transfer from Interlaken area to Merligen Harbour is (=CHF one way - +41786000502 - Ismail Termassi - Taxi de luxe.
- By BLS ferry. The ferry stop is Merligen.

CAPTAINS RULES
- It is not allowed to bring any alcoholic/non alcoholic beverage /food on board unless agreed before the trip (with the exception of water). A flat fee of 100CHF per trip might apply.
- For safety reason, do not play any music from your smartphone or from a bluetooth speaker during the tour.
- Limit noise when we are close to the shore, in the harbour or swimming next to other boaters.
- All guests have to be seated during docking procedure.
- No smoking.
