Tourist Information at the Exit to Kaiser Street (Ausgang City Kaiserstrasse). From the Train Platform go straight to the Main Hall and further to the Exit. Tourist information will be on the right.

Your train tickets will be sent via email so please check your travel details carefully and make sure to arrive at the train station on time.
- 7,5-hour option only: as it is a fully-guided tour, the guide can offer pickup service if your accommodation is located within 1,5 km from Cologne Central Station.
- The Goethe Haus Museum is closed on Tuesday, so it will be replaced with a different attraction.
- Admission to churches during masses and special events is restricted, in which case, all the information will be provided from the outside.
- Lunch can be arranged upon request
