About this experience

What is a Stone Spa?
"Stone Spa" is the latest popular health and beauty method in Japan that lies on warm natural ore, through the high emissivity far-infrared rays generated by the Shenheishi, which allows the body to sweat from the inside and sweat from deep layers.
Some travelers may be a little unfamiliar with the stone spa, but it is very common in Japan and popular with women. Japanese people regard it as a hot spring without spring water, because the rock bath has the effects of health, beauty and keep fit.
To put it simply, a stone spa releases far-infrared rays that are beneficial to the human body by heating natural ores. Just lying on the ore bed, you can feel warm, and you will sweat a lot in less than half an hour. It is most suitable for people who do not like sports and sweating. Moreover, the stone spa has a specified temperature and humidity, which feels more relaxed than the sauna, which can relax the body and mind.
