Join us on this one-of-a-kind tour of Berlin and experience a new side of the city! You will be guided through small alternative neighborhood of Friedrichshain by one of our hand-picked expert guides to a series of local craft beer bars. All of our guides have a passion for craft beer as well as hands-on knowledge of brewing, so they can answer all of your questions and help you gain a deeper understanding of craft beers and brewing.
During the tour, you will enjoy an artisanal pizza and beer pairing at the beginning and at least 6 (depending on the season, it can be up to 9) local craft beers at 3 unique locations. Along the way, your guide will tell you about the local history of Berlin, its politics, chemistry, history and how they all relate to craft beer. You’ll get an intimate look into this new and growing niche movement in Germany!
With a group of up to 12 other guests. You will first meet at Salami Social Club in the alternative Friedrichshain district. You will then be guided around this historic East Berlin neighborhood in the capable hands of your local guide. During the tour you will sample between 6-9 local craft beers (depending on what is available), hand-picked by your guide at three unique bars. Along the way, your guide will entertain you with the history of beer and specifically the craft beer scene in Berlin. You'll get an intimate look into this new and growing niche movement. By the end of this 3.5 - hour tour, you will have gained an appreciation for the culture of Berlin and beer as a whole.
