What you'll see

Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags.
After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area.

Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors.

Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel.

For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.
