Encounter two very different types of trails in one on this adventure. First, old roadbed alongside a gorgeous mountain river, surrounded by moss covered boulders. Later, the path narrows and becomes steep in places, but well worth the effort. Pause in the presence of giant trees on the way to the highest and most beautiful waterfall in the Park. Difficulty: Strenuous This tour is lead by a highly trained and skilled professional naturalist guide who is passionate and knowledgeable about the Smokies. For your safety and peace of mind, your guides are certified as Wilderness First Responders and in non lethal bear aversion techniques. **You will need a parking tag to park inside the GSMNP**
