Before heading to the balloon launch site, make a stop in this tipical Catalan Cafeteria for you to have a quick coffee, drink a fresh orange juice and get a quick snack. This place is the meeting point with the ballooning team and also be your last chance to go to toilet...
You will be driven outside Barcelona and reach the meeting point in the flying area, next to Vic city. Take off place is very close from the city, and be prepared to contemplate, from the air, the old town of Vic city with its medieval streets and tipical Catalan Masia. You will also fly over Catalonia countryside, get fantastic views of the Pyrenees, Montserrat, the Mediterranean, the massifs of Montseny and, depending on visibility, even Barcelona itself
From the hot air balloon you will discover the beauty of the Montseny Natural Park with its big mountain culminating at 1700 meters, at just 40 km away from Barcelona. During the winter time, you will see snow on it !
Our team will drop you off in this popular famous place. Located in the city center, you can start another activity from here, or just go to the nearest restaurant in the Ramblas street.
If you book the balloon flight experience without the pick-up service option, the participants will meet our team directly in the flying area in Vic city, located 45 minutes North of Barcelona, and show up at this meeting point.

For bookings with balloon ride including transportation service from Barcelona city: Passengers MUST contact the Local Operator by E-MAIL, between 24-48 hours in advance, in order to reconfirm assistance and exact pick-up time between 6:00AM, 6:30AM and 7:00AM (only one possible departure time), and also to know if the balloon ride will be operated or canceled/rescheduled according to weather condition. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation of the tour without refund.
For bookings with balloon ride without the pick-up service: customers who booked this option will meet the ballooning team directly in the flying area in Vic city. Exact meeting time (between 7:00AM, 7:30AM and 8:00AM) will be confirmed by local operator. We invite customers to check their E-mail prior the tour.

Balloon flights are subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
Please advise alternative dates in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on booking, so your flight can be rescheduled if weather is unsuitable on the date booked.
Complimentary hotel pickup from centrally located Barcelona hotels might be studied. You must contact Local Operator prior to provide your hotel name and address and inquire if hotel pick-up is possible. Alternatively, all guests MUST meet at the Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona at the arranged time.
