Las Verapaces are popular for all their flora and fauna. This will be a 3.5-hour trip. The road will be full of wonderful landscapes and greenery. Also, remember that our certified tour guide will be with you at all times.

Laguna Lachuá is a cenote located in Cobán. Its shape is almost perfectly circular and its waters turn in different colors that will make you fall in love with it. The Maya Q'eqchi people named it “Lachuá”. This is a paradisiacal place and the waters are crystal clear, small fishes can be seen with no effort; a true oasis in the middle of the very humid tropical forest.

This beautiful place is also known as the mirror of heaven as its calmness will reflect the sky perfectly and will give a sense of a “never-ending heaven”. In this protected area, 220 species of plants and 210 species of mammals and birds can be watched. Don´t miss your chance to enjoy all the wonders this jaw-dropping park offers you!
