Our expert guide will be waiting for you in Xocolatl, a chocolate workshop very near the dock of San Juan La Laguna to start this adventure. We want this to be an experience where you have contact with the people of the community and for this, we will take you with a resident of San Juan, he will take us on his Kayuko (artisanal boat with paddle) to the fishing area. This person will have the bait ready at your arrival, you will learn all the processes for artisanal fishing.

Our fisherman will take us to the fishing area. This will be an interactive tour, so you will learn the type of bait they use, how to throw the fishing net correctly, and you will be able to make your own attempts to fish. We are sure that you will love this tour and it will be a different and interactive activity that you can do on the lake.

After our wonderful fishing tour, you will be able to appreciate the beautiful views of the lake and its 3 volcanoes while we will take you back to San Juan. Once you are in the town, you can take advantage of the time there and walk, visit its market and meet its people. This is an excellent place to buy handicrafts at a very convenient price!
