The Colosseum strictly enforces this policy and will refuse entry for any discrepancies. Each guest must bring a valid ID. The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded

If your ticket is booked after 4:00 PM, there might not be enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill – you can either start earlier or return the next day to visit the Forum.
Meeting point
The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (half way, close the entrance of the Roman Forum). You will see our staff in front of the Basilica wearing a uniform with the logos of the company

Please ensure that names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter.
If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided.
This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum.
Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo.
If you chose the audio guide option, please download in advance using Wi-Fi. It works offline once installed. Headphones are not included, please bring your own. Note: the app may not work on older devices. If you book after 4:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
