Outside the Basilica di Santi Cosma e Damiano in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1, you will find the staff wearing a light blue vest with our logos.

Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter.

If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided.

This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum.

In order to collect your tickets, please meet our colleagues at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano, at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour.
