They sell various fresh seafood and fruit.
There are many cute local restaurant serving seafood rice bowls.

From the top of Mt.Hakodate-yama, youca enjoy great view of Hakodate.
You can take ropeway(arial trum) to the top.(1200JPY/Person one way,1800JPY/Person round trip)
