Step 1 – Booking Confirmation

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email sent by GoMyHire. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).

Step 2 – Driver Information & Communication

Before your travel date, you will receive another GoMyHire email with your driver’s details (name, vehicle plate) and the direct communication channel with the driver. Please follow the instructions in this email to ensure smooth contact.

Step 3 – Pickup

For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, proceed to the designated “Ride-Hailing / Arrival Pickup” area at your terminal (T1–T4). The driver will contact you via the communication channel provided in the GoMyHire email. Free waiting time is included (e.g. 60 minutes from flight landing).

For Departure (Drop-off): The driver will meet you at your hotel or selected pickup address at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid delays.

Step 4 – Transfer Journey

Enjoy a comfortable, direct ride between Singapore city center and Changi Airport (T1–T4). The journey normally takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Step 5 – Drop-off

For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or chosen address.
