Step 2 – Driver Information & Communication
Before your travel date, you will receive another GoMyHire email with your driver’s details (name, vehicle plate) and the direct communication channel with the driver. Please follow the instructions in this email to ensure smooth contact.

Step 3 – Pickup

For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): Upon arrival, proceed to the designated “Ride-Hailing / Arrival Pickup” area at your terminal. The driver will contact you via the communication channel provided in the GoMyHire email. Free waiting time is included (e.g. 90 minutes from flight landing).

For Departure (Drop-off): The driver will meet you at your hotel or selected pickup address at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid delays.

Step 4 – Transfer Journey
