The small island near Santorini, was once a part of Santorini until the volcanic eruption around 1500 B.C. broke the island into many pieces.
Its capital is called Thirassia or Manolas. Korfos is the port of Manolas, with traditional tavernas down at the waterside.
The harbour welcomes plenty of day-trip tourists coming to Thirassia from Santorini.

3
Stop 3

Thermal waters near Nea Kameni and Palea Kameni, two small islands of volcanic origin just off the coast of Santorini.
The water there is warm and has yellow tint which indicates the presence of sulphur compounds known for its healing benefits.
