Turn left and walk past the buses and shopping area.
Continue straight for about 7–9 minutes (walking time depends on where the ship docks).
You’ll pass the large Ensenada sign and walk through 2–3 orange archways.
Keep going past two car security booths.
Do not cross the footbridge. Instead, walk past it.
On your right, you’ll see a large glass building (Museo Caracol) with a billboard.
Your guide will be waiting under the billboard with a sign showing your name.
