In order to really delve into Slovenian wine culture, it is best to spend some time in the wine country, seeing its beauty and meeting its people. This day trip will take you to the Slovenian wine region called Vipava Valley. We will go on an easy walk through local vineyards, learning more about the terroir - the climate and the soil - and seeing how grapes grow.
