Late and No Show Policy - Please double check the date, time and pick up location on your confirmation. Our primary pick up location is the RV Parking Lot and scheduled departure times are based on this location. Out of respect for other guests, we ask that all participants arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. If you have chosen a pick up location other than the RV Parking Lot, please note the pick up time for your location. There will be no refund provided if you arrive after departure time or do not show for the date and time of your scheduled trip.

Meeting point
Next to the Jasper Home Building Center (706 Sleepy Hollow Road), and across the railway tracks from the set of traffic lights at Connaught Drive and Hazel Avenue. Look for our blue or yellow school buses with yellow rafts on the trailer.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
