Who Can Participate?
Anyone ages 7 to 107 can join as long as they have no major health concerns.

Important Safety Guidelines:
Weight limits: 265 lbs for ziplining and 235 lbs for rappelling.
No alcohol consumption before the tour.

If arriving by cruise, plan according to your tender schedule and note that the tour operates on Cabo local time. Our shuttle follows a strict timetable, and drivers cannot wait past the designated pickup time to prevent delays for others. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, as refunds are not available. No-shows will be charged the full price.
If arriving by cruise, notify us in advance to arrange a closer pickup location near your ship’s docking port for a smoother transfer.
Bring cash for the park entrance fee, souvenirs, gratuities, and restaurant services, as there is no ATM onsite. Due to the remote location, card terminals may not work reliably. The park entrance fee must be paid at check-in before starting the activity—failure to do so will prevent participation, and no refunds will be issued.
For security reasons, the cardholder must be present with their ID for all credit or debit card transactions at our basecamp—no exceptions. The lead traveler must also bring their ID to verify and protect the reservation.
Shuttle service cannot be guaranteed for last-minute reservations, as all spots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking early to ensure availability and avoid any inconvenience.
Luggage is not permitted on the shuttle service.
Transportation is exclusively for activity participants. Non-participants may request a seat in advance for a $25 USD round-trip fee, payable in cash upon arrival. For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed on the shuttle.
To ensure smooth logistics and compliance with local transit policies, drivers cannot wait for guests. Please be ready and fully prepared at your scheduled pickup time to avoid missing your transportation. Punctuality is essential to provide a seamless experience for all participants.
Cameras, cell phones, and any loose items that could fall are not allowed during the activity. Complimentary lockers are available to store your belongings securely.
The park entrance fee is $15 USD per person, payable in cash upon arrival. This fee is not included in your online reservation total.

This tour takes place on a mountain and involves walking outdoors for about an hour with short hikes, suspension bridges, and a rappel down a natural rock wall on uneven terrain. No special fitness level is required, but participants should be comfortable with outdoor activity.
