About this experience

Lake Como is best visited by water to admire its scenic shoreline and historic XIX villas and noble mansions. Meet our captain in Como and embark our luxury boat for an unforgettable 1.5 hour-long cruise from Como to Villa Balbianello, where you’ll disembark for a guided tour of the villa, one of the main tourist attractions of Lake Como, built on a suggestive promontory overlooking the lake. Set for numerous film scripts: the second episode of the Star Wars saga (2002) and Martin Campbell's Casino Royale with the charming James Bond.

The tour ends at the Villa giving you the opportunity to have lunch at one of the many enchanting lakeside restaurants in Lenno.

Frequent are the public boats that will take you back to Como.

A stunning XVIII century villa built for the Odescalchi family. Today it houses exhibitions and events.

Villa Erba and its grounds sit on the site of a former nunnery which was founded at the end of the XI century. The general Domenico Pino, owner of Villa d'Este bought part of it in 1816 and transformed the nunnery into a manor house. Today a stunning exhibition and conference center, often used as a cinema and television set.

It was built in the first half of the XIX century for the eccentric Lord Currie. The fashion designer Gianni Versace bought it in 1977.
