About this experience

You'll kick off with a speedboat jaunt along the coast as you wind your way through mangroves towards the Maya fishing village of Punta Allen. Among the wildlife you might spot are sea turtles, dolphins and an array of birds. You'll have the chance to approach the animals respectfully in their natural habitat. At sandy Punta Allen, which by today's standards is remarkably remote, there's a pit stop for a snack and refreshment.

It's then time to zip out into the open sea with some local fishermen. You'll be able to relax on board in the clearest of Caribbean waters – utter bliss. With coral reef snorkel stops throughout the boat trip, you'll feel like you've had a real taste of forbidden fruit. There's one last stop for a buffet lunch made from locally sourced ingredients before hopping on a boat and heading back to Tulum pier.
