Guided step by step, you will prepare tofu from soybeans and taste it fresh and warm. To accompany it, enjoy miso dengaku — skewered tofu topped with Nagoya’s signature dark miso, a rich flavor beloved by the Tokugawa shoguns and central to the region’s cuisine.
