Netflix’s latest food documentary “Street Food” debuted on 26 April. Wok’n’Stroll is so excited from the Netflix "Street Food" new series that we decide to bring you the tour that realise the Singapore episode on this artistry documentary. This culinary adventure begins with a local fare at the Hawker centre! Everyone will tell you the hawker centre is a foodie haven, the place one can only truly find street food in Singapore. We will sample signature dishes such as Wanton noodles, fried carrot cake among other Signature street dishes.
Featured in the episode is KEK Seafood Restaurant, henceforth on our adventure is to, of course, try this the popular dish called Chilli Crab. Also famous in this restaurant is a dish called the “Moonlight Hor Fun”, a broad flat rice noodle dish fried till charred with the unique aroma from the wok.
