Stop 1

Fort Lovrijenac is one of two fortress that are not connected to Dubrovnik City Walls system. Once, it was built to protect Dubrovnik from attacks, today one of the world most famous open air stage for Shakespeare`s dramas. The amazing view to the western-south part of Dubrovnik and our local guide with his stories will make this visit memorable for you.

Stop 2

Stradun or Plaza, the most important street for all the residents. Approximatelly 200m long, the fastest connection between Ploce Gate and Pile Gate. It divides town to northern and southern part. Present look is from after the great earthquake in 1667.

As Stradun is the most important street in Dubrovnik, so Luza Square is the most import square in Dubrovnik. Everything is happening here. It is sourrounded by Spozna palace, Bell tower, St. Blaise Church and eastern part of Stradun and in the center of the square, there Orlando`s column, place from where or the proclamations and annunciations where made.

Stop 4

In front of the Rector`s palace you will hear everything connected to the political system in Republic of Dubrovnik. For how long the Rector was elected, what was his obligations and what was the executive political body of the Republic.

The end point of the tour is in front of the St. Ignatius church, the most beautiful church in Dubrovnik. The whole area where the church is situated is called the most Baroque part of Dubrovnik and when you arrive there you will see by yourselves why.
