Our first stop is Ston, town where you can still visit old salt factory with salt pools from 13th century, renewed Rector`s Palace or take a walk among second largest defensive wall in the world

Grape and wine production in Ponikve, on the Peljesac peninsula has been a Milos family tradition for generations. This is first of three exclusive wineries where you will have wine tasting of magnificent local wines.

Grgić Vina was established in 1996 by legendary Napa Valley winemaker, Croatian-born Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, his daughter, Violet Grgić and his nephew Ivo Jeramaz. The winery is located in Trstenik on the Peljesac peninsula, with a stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea where you will have your second wine tasting.

Something special for last wine tasting. This team came up with the idea of immersing bottles and amphorae under the sea. You will have opportunity to taste magnificent wines from the bottom of the sea.

After so many wine tasting, our recommendation is lunch at one of the best restaurant of the area. Optional, we can arrange demonstration of how to pick up, clean and how to eat oyster while it is just taken out of the sea.
