At 0700hrs, check out of your Hotel and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. Estimated transit time is 5 hours with frequent stops to stretch your legs. The drive takes you through little towns and villages as you observe the African rhythm of life. On arrival, have a Bigodi Swamp Walk. The Bigodi Swamp Walk is an initiative of the local people geared towards conservation in this area. On this walk you have chances for different bird & butterfly species, primates like black and white Colobus monkey, red tailed monkey, blue monkey, grey-cheeked Mangabeys, etc. There is also a variety of interesting plant species.
