Transfer services are available 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise details and your Venice hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the hostess. It's that easy!
You can choose from 2 different transfer options:
• Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the cruise pier and take you to the departure terminal at Venice port.
• Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice port.Worry-free Shore Excursion:
We will ensure your timely return to Venice for this activity. In the rare event your ship has departed, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call. See our terms and conditions for full details.

For products noted as a "Worry-free Shore Excursion", if you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will arrange the necessary transport to the next port-of-call. This policy applies only to our contracted local suppliers and only when, through no fault or action of your own, you are not returned to the ship in time to board. The policy is void in instances where delay is caused by your own actions and/or you have deviated from the Viator activity or tour. You must supply Viator with correct arrival and departure ship information and ensure there is enough time (min. 2 hours) between the tour end time and the ship departure time. You must contact Viator directly to request next port-of-call transportation arrangements as customers cannot book their own travel. Viator will select and book travel to the next port of call (not to exceed US$1000 per person).
