The White Aragvi flows from Gudauri down to the town of Pasanauri, where it is joined by the Black Aragvi the main river of Gudamakari to the north-east. Together, these two rivers continue as, simply, "the Aragvi"; from Pasanauri, the Aragvi flows south-east to the Jinvali Reservoir, where it is joined by the Pshav Aragvi before flowing south to merge with the Mtkvari River by Mtskheta, Eastern Georgia's ancient capital just north of Tbilisi.

Continue our drive to see the Gudauri, it is a small touristic settlement and skis mountain resort located at the altitude of 3,000m on the southern slopes of the Lesser Caucuses range of Georgia. here are local architectural and natural places of interest in Gudauri. Owing to the lashings of the sun on the mountain slopes and rare threat of avalanching Gudauri was recognized as one of the best ski mountain resorts of Georgia. It is an active establishment of the Georgian Orthodox and Apostolic Church. No words can fully describe the feeling you get once you arrive at the Gergeti Trinity Church!
