Halong Bay is a beautiful natural wonder in northern Vietnam near the Chinese border. The Bay is dotted with 1,969 limestone islands and islets and covers an area of over 1,553 sqkm. This extraordinary area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994.

Titop Island is one of the most beautiful islands in Halong Bay, Quang Ninh. This island is located in the southeast of the Bay, only about 7-8 km from Bai Chay cruise ship port. Around the island is Cua Luc Bay, in front is the famous Sung Sot cave, on the right is Hon Dam Nam. This will be a great destination for you to explore when coming to Halong.

This cave was discovered by the French in 1901. They named it “La Grotte des Surprises,” meaning “The Cave of Surprises” due to its breathtaking and magnificent beauty that leaves people in awe.
The uniqueness of this cave lies in its contrast. The entrance of the cave is small, but once you pass through a narrow rock cleft, you will discover an expansive and mesmerizing paradise that leaves a strong and unforgettable impression. Besides its natural beauty, the cave named Surprise Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt) also attracts visitors with its mystical legends and intriguing stories.
