Unique customized and carefully planned cooking and wine testing in experience in Buenos Aires! We will cook together a special menu of Argentine Cuisine, customized to your preferences if needed. The suggested menu will be: Beef empanadas, starting from scratch + ribeye roasted in chimichurri (prepared by ourselves) + plus a very simple, original and delicious dulce de leche and rum ice crem.
Each step of the menu will be paired with exceptional bottles of local wine. Will start with a very special barrel fermented pinot noir from Patagonia, will continue with among the best cabernet franc you can ever get and a very refined malbec a winery selected as the "best world vineyard 2023". Will pair the dessert with a unique and unforgettable late harvest 100% torrontes grape (a grape you can only find in Argentina).
The experience will be offered in a very professional and spacious kitchen integrated with a beautifully decorated dining room from the own chef house.
