You want to see something of Mahé, but no boring sights, no strenuous hikes, just lazing on the beach, swimming in the most beautiful bays of Mahé?

Or just enjoy a coconut on the beach with or without rum?

Then this beach tour around Mahé is just right for you!

We will visit all possible beaches in a relaxed way, approx. 5-6 hours, and you then decide whether you want to keep it to a short visit, just take a few photos or enjoy the beach for an hour here and there.

Restaurant visits on the beach are available/possible and can also be included.

Water sports with paragliding and/or jet skiing are also optionally available on Beau Vallon beach from various providers.

Detailed itinerary

1

Beaches, beaches and more beaches. A day at the beach just the way you like it. You are also welcome to be surprised by the beaches. We will take you to the top beaches on Mahé.

You can spend the whole day just enjoying the various beaches, eating and drinking.

Snorkeling, swimming, cocktails or just lazing on the sand, that's the theme.

Please note that all the spots we describe below are just examples on our tour. You decide in advance or on the day of the tour which activity you would like to see / do.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we cannot visit all the beaches mentioned below. 5-6 hours is a long time in the car and on the beach. You can therefore choose what you want to see and experience.

However, if after 5-6 hours you still haven't seen and discovered enough of our beautiful beaches and you still feel energetic, you can always extend the Beach Tour for €25 per hour.

2

Anse Royale is a beautiful, long beach in the south-east of Mahe. We will stay here for a while, as there is a nice restaurant on the beach and the possibility of using a toilet, including an outdoor shower.

3

Swim, snorkel, admire, take pictures.

There's also the Summer Beach Bar, where you can enjoy cocktails on the beach. A perfect place to relax.

The approximate time you need here is about 1-2 hours (depending on the amount of cocktails). :-)

4

A real insider tip from a very small but beautiful beach in the south-west of Mahé. There is also a great restaurant there for lunch, where you can enjoy Creole and vegetarian cuisine as well as freshly caught fish. There is also a toilet there.

A great bay where you can also enjoy a great meal in swimming trunks with an amazing view. A MUST!

5

You will see a quiet beach in the southwest of Mahé. The water is very shallow, not good for swimming or snorkeling, but lying down for a while with a cold beer in your hand is always a good idea.

6

Beau Vallon is THE beach in the north of Mahe.

There is a lot to see, we like to stop and it is always possible to swim or snorkel, just as you wish.

There are also some local take-aways with fresh fish and Creole food, coconuts and other fruits to buy.

There is also the Beach Shak Bar, where you can enjoy delicious rum (Takamaka) cocktails, a freshly tapped, cool local beer (Seybrew) or a non-alcoholic mocktail with a beach view and access to the beach.

Depending on what time you book our island tour, you also have the option of an enchanting sunset, which starts at around 6 pm and finishes at 7 pm.
If you are interested, you can extend the island tour at any time (€25 per hour). You can decide this yourself at short notice on the day of the tour. We are very flexible and happy to accommodate your wishes.

7

Lonely and beautiful beach in the southwest of Mahe. Giant turtles, a small bay with a Creole restaurant and genuine Seychelles cuisine right on the beach await you for an (optionally) delicious lunch.

8

A very beautiful and unusual waterfall for the Seychelles.

We will walk about 15 minutes to the waterfall (not strenuous).
The waterfall has a small lake in front of it, where you can take a refreshing dip in the spring-fresh water. Please bring a towel for this.

9

These beautiful beaches would also be on Mahé:

Carana Beach granite rocks
You have to see and photograph them. Extremely spectacular, unique and beautiful. You can also swim there, but the waves are rough and only suitable for good swimmers.

Port Launay, Hotel Ephelia
One of the most beautiful beaches on Mahe, in a great bay. Depending on where you are staying, you can combine this with a sunset.

Petit Anse, the beach of the Four Seasons Resort
An incredibly beautiful beach in the south-west of Mahé. However, access is not always guaranteed and depends on how many guests who are not staying at the resort are already there.

You also have to walk down the mountain a bit and back again after the beach, about 20 minutes. But it's 100% worth the effort, guaranteed!

Grand Police Bay
The most pristine beach on Mahé, without any tourists, but not suitable for swimming. An easy 15-minute walk to the beach.

10

We definitely have fun, a good mood and Creole music.

If you have any special wishes, plans or requests, please let us know. We love challenges.

Our tours are all private and groups of more than 25 people are also possible with this tour and several certified tour guides, in air-conditioned buses, with their own driver.

As standard for up to 4 guests, the tour takes place in a very comfortable 5-seater vehicle. On request, a 7-seater minibus can be booked by prior arrangement and additional cost.

Bigger groups from 5-25 guests, will always have a bus. No extra costs.
