If you are late, the driver cannot wait for you compared to other reservations, in this case it is a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.

For departure: The driver will wait 15 minutes after the pick-up time at the hotel or at the private address. If you are late, the driver cannot wait for you compared to other passengers and reservations, in this case it is a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.
