As a coral island, our beach can be rocky. Water shoes are recommended or you can purchase one at our Coconut Giftshop
Food and Beverage: there is a premium bar as well as Balashi beer. The food menu is different every day and the snack bar has chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs.
Cabanas for rent are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is recommended that you bring a towel and reef safe sunscreen.
You must be 8 or older to participate in the optional SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities.
Our Chilean and Cuban flamingos can be admired from a distance with a standard ticket. To mingle with them you must upgrade to one of our premium sections.
Children 2 years and younger are complimentary.
Caution: Please ensure you read all island poster rules. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the Banana Boat or using the Waterslides.
For the Upgrade Activities; SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities, a doctor’s letter of release is required if you or someone in your party has any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, and asthma.
It is a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please schedule your snorkel adventure accordingly.
