The América Restaurant is a cozy establishment open all year round that is located in the center of Ibiza, in front of the beach of Ses Figueretes, and which stands out for its excellent proposal of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine specializing in rice and other typical dishes of the island as is the Bullit de Peix.
Squid to taste, salads of all kinds, innovative dishes and rice that will make you return. The America restaurant conquers you with Paella, fideua, blind fish rice or seafood and impresses you with Bullit de peix, fish Salmorra with arroz a banda, fish stew and grilled sirloin steak.
