The tour begins in the seedbed, where experts will talk about varieties and growing habits, as well as the local history and geography of coffee production. Continue your visit to the processing plant, which was declared a World Heritage Site in 2003. Here you can observe the pulping and fermentation process of the beans, which prepares them to be peeled and then exported or roasted in the country.
