About this experience

The Dark Cave ( or also called Hang Tối) located in Phong nha is first discovered in 1990 and opened up not long after that. The reason for the name is that though it is about 6km long, there is no artificial light installed inside the cave, but darkness. The mud inside the cave is really good for health and combined with Chay river, Dark cave is now an ideal place for tourists to visit and join interesting activities such as kayaking, swimming and mud-bathing. Our tour guide and bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hue city center and start the trip to discover Chay River – Dark Cave. On the way, you will stop to visit La Vang Holy Land (It’s called Basilica of Vietnam Catholic), find the source of the legend of the apparition in 1798 and listen to people talk about the miracles of Lady did.
Continue the trip, our tour guide will present Quang Tri Old Citadel (Non stop) which was built in 1824. The fierce battle of 81 days and nights has made this citadel well-known all over the world. On the bus, our guide will also introduce you about some other places such as. Arrive in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. You will have lunch at restaurant.

Coming to Chay River – Dark Cave. You will enjoy a 400m zip-line from the wildlife observation tower to Dark Cave by equipment dedicated for exploring the cave as a headlight and helmet.
After swimming across the Chay River and soaking in the mud. You will return to another smaller zip-line and allow you to jump off into the refreshing water. Dark cave where some adventurous games await…
