Important:
1 - Participants have to download the APP called "POP-GUIDE" on their smartphone, from the APP store before the Tour, any way before arriving at the meeting point.

admission line at the Museum.
Despite our reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to:
- Security check at the entrance (metal detector)
- The maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the Museum for security reasons and in order to protect the integrity of the exhibited works.
Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel responsibility
It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time.
In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry
