You will be picked up at your hotel around 8:00 am and travel by bicycle for the beginning of the scenic Countryside Bicycle Tour and Tra Que Herb Gardens.
You will ride a bike through the Ancient Town and immediately venture on the country lanes without meeting any heavy traffic and main roads.
You will make a stop at rice paddy fields to know more about rice and the process it is grown and harvested. Then, you will continue your trip by passing by water buffalo and exotic birds to reach the herb and vegetable gardens of Tra Que Village.
After that, you will ride a bike back to the Restaurant where you will walk around many live food counters in this unique one-of-a-kind interactive dining venue in Vietnam. Then, you will sample the most famous local noodle dish called as Cao Lau as well as observe the way they roll the noodles by hand and cut in the traditional way with a long knife before steaming over an open fire.
After that, you will have 2 hours to listen to the guide of the chef and then experience hands cooking lunch. When finishing cooking all the foods, you can pick a table and enjoy your foods on your own. Finally, you will receive a copy of the recipes and a Vietnamese cooking utensil to take home

Around 12.00: You will pick a table and enjoy delicious lunch featuring your prepared foods together with an extra dish. For vegetarian, a replaced lunch will be provided.
Around 13.00: You will be picked up and transfer back to your hotel. The trip ends about 2 pm.
